Flash CS3 Disaster! - Crash on save/open/PSD Import + Fix

I just had a 3 hour scare when a flash project I’d been working on crashed.
I had been trying to import a .psd with seperate layers, and after some messing around, achieved it.   I clicked the test movie button and… white fade.   Crash.   “This program needs to close” and such.
